JTM type colloid mill is the key equipment in the production of new SBS modified bitumen, crumb rubber and other modified bitumen, emulsified bitumen and modified emulsified bitumen. It is also indispensable in the process of modifying or emulsifying solid and liquid media, as well as various liquid media (this completely avoids the problem of the specialization of such devices as cutters and mills that cannot combine multiple functions). The device integrates the functions of cutting, dispersing, uniform mixing, grinding and stirring the medium, so as to achieve the effect of modifying or emulsifying various materials in a minimum time, and the grinding precision can reach 2μm, which meets the needs of various working conditions. Working Principle: The core of the JTM colloid mill is composed of multi-stage rotors (milling discs) and stators (stationary milling discs), which are designed based on international best practice and realize step-by-step grinding with increasing precision from the center to the periphery. The rotors, driven by an electric motor, rotate at high speed, and the medium enters the grinding zone under the action of mechanical movement and centrifugal force. The rotors and stators are equipped with thousands of teeth, and the flow channels are distributed radially, and the width, location, angle and radial depth of the grooves of the milling discs are constantly changing, which leads to a change in the direction and instantaneous velocity of the medium in each grinding stage. The medium is subjected to millions of rapid and intense shear, friction, compression and kneading effects, which causes the original molecular chains to break down, and the various media are reunited at the molecular level to form new molecular chains.
