Product Introduction:
The TLBNW heavy oil pump is a positive displacement cam type pump. The pump adopts advanced mechanical seals, and the reducer is NGW type planetary reducer with high transmission efficiency. This pump has a wide viscosity range and can pump media with a dynamic viscosity of 0.5 to 100,000 mm²/s. It has the characteristics of low speed, high efficiency, smooth operation, strong self-priming ability, easy operation and the ability to preheat the pump.
Structural features of TLBNW series heavy oil pump:
- Low rotation speed, less pulse, stable flow, fewer impellers, higher volume utilization rate, small suction resistance and high suction capacity. It has self-priming ability when transporting high-viscosity liquids, thanks to the synchronous gear transmission, the rotor and the rotor and stator do not contact each other, which reduces wear, and the rotor and the pump body do not touch; treated with special processes to ensure a long service life.
- Due to the low pump speed, wear is reduced and the service life of the pump is increased.
- The gap between the impellers is large, suitable for conveying high-viscosity liquids, and has high mechanical efficiency and high volumetric efficiency.
- There will be no mixing or local compression of the liquid.
- Due to the unique design of the rotor, the axial force is small, the axial positioning is accurate, and the transverse axis phenomenon does not occur.
- The pump seal uses an advanced mechanical seal with a small number of sealing points and reliable sealing performance.
- The maintenance is simple. The rotor and seal can be replaced by opening the front cover without disassembling the pump body and coupling, saving maintenance time.
- Low cost of use, only low-cost rotors. The seal and frame seal are quick-wearing parts, and due to the high efficiency of the pump, the power is small, saving energy.
- The bearings and gears of the pump are separated from the working chamber of the pump by seals, and the bearings and gears are separately lubricated with engine oil, which effectively extends the service life of the pump.
- The radial bearing of the pump uses rolling bearings, and the thrust bearing uses flat ball bearings, which ensures reliable positioning of the pump and prevents shaft displacement.
